Taking OP (Admin/Moderator) Applications

I have finally purchased server hosting for my server. But you will need to apply for either Admin or Moderator status before I add you to the whitelist. We currently have about 2 other Admins other than myself which is obviously not enough so if you apply you're basically guaranteed a spot.
